A 1900s landmark building just 300m to the shores of Coogee beach. This Bali inspired space was an absolute pleasure to work on. Lime-washed walls and ceilings, significant structural works to allow open plan living. Custom fitted kitchen to maximise the space available and keeping the original flooring to tie in with the theme.
