You’ll receive an initial quotation package including:
- Company profile
- Preliminary scope of works
- Ballpark quotation for your review
A site meeting to refine your vision:
- Desired floor plans and layout concepts
- Finish and material preferences
- Project goals and budget clarity
- An opportunity to meet in person and discuss any questions
On-site consultation fee $550 + GST
To formally proceed into construction, you’ll receive:
- Final revised quotation
- Works e-contract to secure your project and start date. Once signed, we begin work on your submission immediately
Our structural engineer and team attend site to assess:
- Structural integrity of any walls marked for removal
- Any engineering considerations required for certification
- Site establishment works commence
We prepare and submit your complete strata package, including:
- Strata application form
- Renovation scope of works
- Preliminary design
- Insurances and licences
- Engineers’ reports (if required)
- By-laws drafted by our solicitor (if required)
Design development and material procurement are completed through:
- Vision meeting with our interior design team
- Presentation of concept designs, with optional wildcard ideas to explore alternative directions
- Detailed design direction and refinements
- Material selections and purchasing
Once strata approval is granted, we begin the build — transforming the design into a beautifully executed reality.
