As a project manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Client management, budgets and delivery
  • The management of multiple renovation projects across various locations
  • Site safety & preparation
  • Quality control and sub contractor management
  • You will be able to work from drawings & specifications to design, build, remodel, maintain and repair various types of renovation projects.

Essential to your role:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of direct experience and a solid working knowledge of the renovation industry
  • Ability to create strong relationships with and supervise subcontractors
  • Trade background experience is essential ie. experience of demolition, electrical, plumbing, plastering & painting
  • Proven successful project management experience
  • Must have a driver’s license and reliable vehicle to transport your own power hand tools as well as company tools or materials
  • Live in the Eastern Suburbs, City of Sydney or Inner West council areas
  • The ability to read drawings and specifications
  • High level attention to detail
  • Interpersonal skills that include a drive for results, organization, planning, trust, respect, and being dependable
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and stay calm under pressure
  • Must demonstrate confidence and professionalism when assisting customers
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Must be hardworking and a problem solver;
  • Positive and upbeat attitude
  • Must be computer literate and current on new technology
  • Proactive, detail oriented and client focused

As a site manager, you will be responsible for:

As an apprentice, you will:

  • Be lead and supervised by a project manager and foreman
  • Be working on high-end residential renovation projects across various locations
  • Be hands on and able to take on general building tasks
  • Assisting the project manager to organise job sites as required
  • Working with other trades to achieve a good quality result together
  • Regular reporting to the project manager on job progress

Essential to your role:

  • Trade Background experience is essential ie. experience of demolition, electrical, plumbing, plastering & painting
  • Must have a driver’s license and reliable vehicle to transport your own power hand tools
  • Live in the Eastern Suburbs, City of Sydney or Inner West council areas
  • Have a great attitude towards work, be self-motivated, proactive and willing to learn
  • Be punctual, reliable and hardworking
  • Be committed to finishing your apprenticeship and become a fully qualified carpenter
  • Be a team player

  • Be honest in all dealings
  • Be attentive and prompt in getting to job site on time
  • A proactive attitude toward problem solving and customer satisfaction
