A complete apartment renovation in the heart of Bondi – Our client decided to renovate immediately after purchasing this gem. Surrounded by gorgeous views of the water, we’ve opted for a modern coastal theme.
Starting off in the laundry, we designed custom polyurethane cabinets to create better storage, more space, and to conceal a large hot water unit. White Herringbone tiles to the laundry splash and 20mm Amara Smartstone Benchtop. Moving into the kitchen, we have removed a wall and installed a breakfast bar which is now flowing seamlessly into the dining room and welcoming the sunlight from the kitchen window all the way into the living area. 20mm Smartstone Amara bench in also used in the kitchen and Miele appliances.
The old flooring was ripped up and replaced with new timber flooring throughout kitchen, dining, and living rooms, tiling in the bathroom and en-suite and new carpets in the bedrooms.
The main bathroom turned out absolutely stunning! 1.80mm custom terrazzo basin top with the Parisi vanity, Herringbone white feature tile and terrazzo tiles from ColorTile in Alexandria. Frameless shower screen, in wall shaving cabinet, heated towel rails and all bathroomware from Cass Brothers, free standing bath tub
Next is the Master bedroom with en-suite; aside from the stunning views we have a huge custom wardrobe + walk in robe PLUS a custom make up unit where we’ve used the same bench as we did in the kitchen and laundry for the en-suite, we’ve gone with a frameless glass corner slider which makes the small space feel roomier.
