A warehouse conversion in the iconic Biscuit Factory. The building was designed by the renowned architect Eugene Marchese and Partners.
Our client wanted to maximise every inch of space whilst keeping it sophisticated. The plan was for a New York style loft apartment with heritage preservation.
We opted for extensive contemporary wood panelling, walk in robe, huge custom timber wall shelves, and a striking, utterly unique vintage etched glass feature in the centre of lounge.
