The Connaught building —known for being one of the first high rise strata apartment buildings in Sydney— overlooks Sydneys oldest, most well-known park; Hyde Park. Renovating a two-bedroom on level 14, we enjoyed the gorgeous views daily. The renovation includes kitchen, complete bathroom, new wardrobes, a fresh coat of paint, and new carpet throughout. The major works consisted of wall removal in the enclosed kitchen to allow an open plan style and removal of the bulkhead for seamless to-the-ceiling overhead cabinets. Our client opted for a mega island in the kitchen which makes the apartment feel grander in form and style.
