A warehouse conversion in the iconic Biscuit Factory. The building was designed by the renowned architect Eugene Marchese and Partners. Our client wanted to maximise every inch of space whilst keeping it sophisticated. The plan was for a New York style loft apartment with heritage preservation.. We opted for extensive contemporary wood panelling, walk in robe, huge custom timber wall shelves, and a striking, utterly unique vintage etched glass feature in the centre of lounge.
This resulted in a stunning apartment renovation with a beautifully appointed contemporary modern colour scheme, stunning lighting and bespoke joinery with industrial signature edges, sleek gas kitchen with stone surfaces, stainless splashbacks, ample storage and concealed laundry, polished concrete floors, pendant lighting and raw finishes.
The client was very ecstatic to see her vision come alive and the results spoke for itself.
