Designed as a part-time Sydney escape for Canadian-based clients, this three-bedroom apartment was transformed into a Hamptons-inspired retreat. The brief was to improve functionality and create a relaxed space to unwind while taking in the stunning North Head view.

We reworked the layout to improve the flow and open up the living areas, maximising the outlook. Upgraded balcony tiles to create a fresh, cohesive transition between indoor and outdoor living. Timber flooring runs throughout, complemented by custom timber joinery and LED lighting that elevate the space. Shaker-profile doors add to the Hamptons feel, while soft blue hues flow from the kitchen into the bathrooms for a consistent palette.

The kitchen was expanded with a structural beam to accommodate a Sub-Zero fridge and a small island with a breakfast bar – bringing both practicality and elegance to the heart of the home.
