After more than three decades without a renovation, this apartment located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD was ready for a complete transformation. The clients, based in North Queensland, wanted a peaceful, well-considered space when visiting Sydney.
The one-bedroom studio reflects the client’s travels and attachment to northern Europe. They were drawn to the way Nordic countries use materials and spaces within their apartments. We transformed their space into a modern, timeless, Nordic-themed contemporary interior. Bringing a palette of natural materials, including; pale oak floors, natural stone, and soft white walls. There is now a sense of openness through clever space planning and detailing.
